The Eagles girls have now won five straight, and for the boys, it's the 12th in the past 13 years.
For the West Valley girls, Maddie Winton won the 50 freestyle in 26.51 seconds, and was part of a team win in the 200 free relay, along with Ande Baldwin, Kate Sjoberg and Jericho Strege.
U-Preps' Ariella Aung was the lone girls double-winner, with a 2:21.18 in the 200 individual medley and a 1:12.01 in the 100 breaststroke. Aung's teammate, Robyn Evans, took the 200 free in 2:11.42.
On the boys side, U-Prep's Spencer Reed won the 500 free in 5:17.24 and the 200 individual medley in 2:09.36, and his Panther teammate Sean Jordan broke a school record with a 22.98-second (This is wrong, Sean is a WV Eagle!), second-place mark in the 50 free.
American Christian Academy's Joseph Hicks was a dual-event winner with a 1:49.82 in the 200 free, and a 51.05 in the 100 free. The Eagles' Ben Rasmussen took home the 100 breaststroke in 1:05.25.
The West Valley girls racked up 380 points, followed by U-Prep (340), Winters (230), Yreka (213) and Durham (197). Anderson (97) was eighth, ACA (38) ninth, Redding Christian (33) 10th and CV (8) finished 12th.
For the boys, the Eagles posted 410 points, followed by Winters (300), U-Prep (270), ACA (221) and Durham (219). Redding Christian (61) was seventh and CV (50) was eighth.
The swim season culminates Saturday with the Masters Meet at Shasta College at 10:30 a.m.
